American Intellectual Property Law association (AIPLA) is in actively per software patent group.

In the in Re Bilski case, they filed a letter arguing against narrowing subject more weakly. [1]

AIPLA publishes information about, among other things, the status of software and business method of patent in various countries. For each region discussed, they claim that software of patent ares available and valid. Given their per swpat agenda, the information they publish should Be Read cautiously.
