Le disciple de SaintSaint Peter l'ApôtrePeter the Apostle. Le premier évêque de Ravenna, l'Italie; en tant que tel il a fait face à persécution presque constante. Lui et son troupeau ont été exilés de Ravenna pendant les persécutions d'Empereur Vespasian. Sur sa voie de la ville il a été identifié, arrêté puisque étant le chef, torturé et martryed. Ouvrier de miracle noté. Siècles après sa mort il a apparu dans une vision à Saint Romuald. - Mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles.
Disciple of SaintSaint Peter l'ApôtrePeter the Apostle. First bishop of Ravenna, Italy; as such he faced nearly constant persecution. He and his flock were exiled from Ravenna during the persecutions of Emperor Vespasian. On his way out of the city he was identified, arrested as being the leader, tortured, and martryed. Noted miracle worker. Centuries after his death he appeared in a vision to Saint Romuald.
