The problem has appeared not in Cyrillic references, and in a plug-in. But the assumption of a possible problem with Cyrillic references has very much helped with search of a solution of a problem. As in тикете under Cyrillic references there was a patch on which it became visible that my problem not in it. But obviously specified in a file in which it was necessary to dig. And that my searches of a problem in all files would be tightened on long therefore as in wordpress I understand not so well. Problem there was a plug-in http:// wordpress.org/extend/plugins/scategory-permalink/. Its code is on гитхабе, therefore has tested on прктике such feature as форкнуть the project, to make changes, and then to make pull request that the author has filled in them in the repository. I hope correct changes have made, and the version will be soon updated.Проблема оказалась не в кириллических ссылках, а в плагине. Но предположение о возможной проблеме с кириллическими ссылками очень помогло в поиске решения проблемы. Так как в тикете по кириллическим ссылкам был патч, по которому стало видно что моя проблема не в этом. Но зато явно указывал на файл, в котором нужно было копать. А то бы мои поиски проблемы по всем файлам затянулись бы на долго, потому как в wordpress я разбираюсь не очень хорошо. Его код есть на гитхабе, поэтому опробовал на прктике такую фичу как форкнуть проект, сделать изменения, а потом сделать pull request, чтобы автор залил их в свой репозиторий. Надеюсь я правильные изменения сделал, и вскоре версия будет обновлена.
