An authorized inspecting officer may monitor compliance with this Agreement by analysing the record sheets, the display or printout of the data recorded by the control device or by the driver card, or, failing this, by analysing any other supporting document justifying failure to comply with a provision such as those contained in article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3.

An authorized inspecting officer may check compliance with the Agreement by analysis of the record sheets, of the displayed or printed data which have been recorded by the control device or by the driver card or, failing this, by analysis of any other supporting document that justifies non-compliance with a provision, such as those laid down in article 13 (2) and (3).
